Not demanding any agency fees
I do not charge any agency fees. I do not believe in taking percentages onto suppliers. My rates are clear and transparant – either a daily rate or an hourly rate. Up to you to choose. I can make you a budget estimate beforehand the project. I’d like to offer more value, for less money.
Not generating overhead costs
As I work as a consultant I do not carry around large overhead costs for nice offices, staff that does not directly work or help on your project and various. You pay for what you get: my immediate professional know-how & help. Not more not less. Together we establish an estimate before a project based on the workload it provides.
Having a clear administration
Ofcourse you are going to receive more invoices. No worries, as we are project managers you will receive a clear statement of all invoices you’re going to receive, what they exactly stand for and so on. In the process we discuss together. We also debrief together. This is a partnership project. You have a say in everything.
Being completely transparant
All production invoices are directed to you. No hidden fees or costs. I have a network of different suppliers (outside and inside Belgium) whom I worked with before, but I can also work with your suppliers – or even benchmark several suppliers. We decide this together as a team. We go over every option and take the best solution possible in view of the project. It is simple & clear. An easy and thrustworthy aspect of working together.

Ofcourse some projects can’t be handled by one person. For that reason I’ve gathered around me a network of several other professionals working the same way and adhering the same philosophy.
